Beatrice Jones

Beatrice Jones, 78, of Honey Grove passed away at TMC Bonham Hospital on Monday evening January 9, 2023 surrounded by her family.  She was born on December 25, 1944 in Ladonia, Tx to James Walter Fulfer and Vera Bertha Littrell Fulfer.  Beatrice met and married James Clifton Jones on February 10, 1969 in Bonham, Tx.  Beatrice loved being a mother and involved grandmother who helped grow beautiful, kind and loving adults.  Mom is a number 1 "Moo Moo" who never took time off, no vacations or retirements.  She loved children and was honored to be anyone's Moo Moo.

Beatrice is survived by daughters: Pamela Snyder and husband Bob of Pilot Point, Tx, Judy Pelton and husband Jimmy of Leonard, Tx, and Sandra Jones and husband John of Sherman, Tx; son James "Jimmy" Jones Jr. of Honey Grove, Tx; grandchildren: Joshua Bapties, Dirik Jones, Tiffanie Elvington, David Hill, Jayson Cooper, Jennifer Troxtell, Matthew Bapties, Noah Jones and Dylan Pelton.  She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and a sister Mary Ann Fulfer.

She is preceded in death by her parents, a sister Opal Marie O'Hara and a brother Charles E. Fulfer.

Visitation will be held on Thursday January 12, 2023 from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at Westside Baptist Church in Honey Grove.  Graveside services will be held Friday January 13, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at Oakwood Cemetery in Honey Grove.
