Benny Westbrook

Benny Westbrook, 55, passed away Saturday, October 3, 2009, at his home.

Benny was a maintenance supervisor for Rhodes Real Estate Company.

He was born in Commerce, Texas, on May 21, 1955, to Homer Westbrook and Ruby Marks Westbrook who predeceased him. He married Mary Lee on April 18, 1986, in Dallas, Texas.

Survivors include his wife Mary of Commerce; his sons: Chester Westbrook of Irving, Jason and Christina Castleberry of Commerce, Daniel Westbrook of Commerce, his daughters: Elisha Castleberry of Terrell and Ami Newton of Grand Prairie, Tasha Samari of Irving, Breanna, Autumn, Candace Westbrook all of Commerce; his twin brother, Bobby Westbrook of Dallas; his sister: Glenda Cohea of Dallas, his grandchildren: Brittan, Zachary, and Jordan Westbrook all of Grand Prairie, Richard Westbrook of Irving, Justin and Savanna Castleberry of Commerce, Deanna Phillips and Colin Castleberry of Terrell; one niece and one nephew.

Visitation will be held at the church from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Tuesday.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 6, 2009, at Cross
Trails Cowboy Church in Fairlie, with Bro. Jeff Bishop officiating.

A private burial will be held at Long Cemetery, Cumby, Texas.

In lieu of usual remembrances, memorial donations should be made to the Cross Trails
Cowboy Church, 4761 FM 1563, Commerce, TX 75428, to help cover funeral expenses.
