Charley Hines, 62, of Campbell passed away on Friday, November 11, 2011, in Greenville.
He was employed by Covidian as a hydraulic technician since 1974.
Charley was born on May 21, 1949, to Daisy Sprayberry and Frank Hines in Vivian, LA. On April 4, 1972, he married Donna Robinson. He was a U. S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War..
He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers: Robert Hines, Elmar Hines and Franklin Bledsoe.
Survivors include his wife, Donna Hines of Campbell; his two sons: Dusty Charles Hines and wife Leslie of Barksdale AFB, LA, and Corey Don Hines and wife Lacey of Klondike; his brother, Jessie Hines and wife Carolyn of Commerce; his three sisters: Eller Prater and husband Charlie of Clarksville, Louise Lund and husband Gordy of Queen City, and Velma Davidson and husband James of Clarksville; his brother-in-law, Kelsie Robinson of Yantis.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2011, at Jones-Walker & Son Funeral Home from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 13, 2011, at Horton Cemetery in the Horton Community. Pastor James Hall and Mr. Bobby Young will officiate.
Honorary pallbearers will be: Gene Foster, John Lucky, James Hines, Lonnie Lund, Randy Hines, Neal Stewart, Randall Daniel, Richard Miller, Kelsie Robinson, Gordy Lund and Michael Daniel.
