Dale Rex
Dale Rex, 79, of Ladonia passed away on Monday, April 9, 2012, in Dallas.
Dale was born in Commerce, Texas, on March 2, 1933, to Willie Johnnie Rex and Tinia Byers Whitefield Rex. Dale loved riding back roads and watching deer.
He was married to Patsy Ann Daniel Rex for close to 60 years.
Survivors include his wife; his son, Rickey Dale Rex and his wife Liz; his 3 grandchildren: Brad Rex (Missy), Chris Rex (Ashley) and Aislinn Hobday (Sean); and, his great-grandchildren: Katie, Dustin and Jayden Rex.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Jimmy and his brother W.J. Rex.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 11, 2012, at Jones-Walker & Son Funeral Home in Commerce from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, April 12, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Commerce, with Rev, Jeff Johnson officiating.

Interment will follow in Rosemound Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Brad Rex, Chris Rex, Sean Hobday, Mark Jackson, Rory Matlock and Jerry Davies.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Elmer Castner, Bob Monday and Bob Daniel.
