Danny Ray Ferrell

Danny Ray Ferrell, 54, of Commerce passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2015.

Danny was born in Dallas, Texas, on December 12, 1960, to Virginia McAnally and Thomas Wayne Ferrell. He was a tractor mechanic. He was married to the love of his life, Trishell Denise Harris Ferrell. Danny enjoyed fishing, gardening, eating out at Outback Steakhouse; and, especially working on tractors. Danny was a member of Lake Highlands Baptist Church, in Dallas.

Danny is survived by his wife, Trishell; his children: Rosa Sakkas (Perry)of Dallas, Mistelle Gonzalez of Springs, Margo Almeguer of Springs, Esperanza Hernandez of Houston, and Abel Hernandez of Commerce; his grandchildren: Sebastien, Anthony, Alex, Jessie, Cadence and more; and, by his siblings: Terry Ferrell of Rockwall, Linda Ferrell of Round Rock, Cindy Patterson of Rockwall, Sherry Ferrell, Quint Ferrell of Segoville; and, his mother, Virginia Ferrell.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 14, 2015, at Emblem Cemetery, in the Emblem Community.

In lieu of usual remembrances, the family is requesting that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.
