David Michael Hoover

David Michael Hoover, 60, of Wylie, TX, passed away on December 26, 2009, due to complications from Cholangiocarinoma.

David was born in Houston, TX on June 15, 1949. He is preceded in death by his father, James Hoover and mother, Velma Jeanes Hoover, of Tyler, TX.

David earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland in 1988. He retired from the U.S. Army as a First Sergeant after 23 years of dedicated service to his country. He continued working at the U.S. Department of Labor in Dallas, TX, until he was medically retired this August.

Survivors include daughters: Keli Aiken and Tracy Runyon; a son, Michael Hoover; a sister, Cathy Watts; a brother, James Hoover; and, their families as well as many beloved friends.

There will be a private interment service for the family at the Dallas-Forth Worth National Cemetery.
