Eddy Wayne Nutt

Eddy Wayne Nutt passed away on March 16, 2011, at the age of 55, in his home in Houston, Texas.

Eddy was born to R. S. and Florine Nutt in Bakersfield, California, on August 23, 1955.

After moving with his family to Greenville, Texas, he met and married Joan Dunlap of Greenville, Texas. They resided in Houston, Texas, where Eddy worked as a machinist and mechanical engineer for many years.

Eddy enjoyed hunting, fishing, and stock-car racing.

He is survived by his wife, Joan Nutt of Houston; his mother and step-father, Florine and Troy Tindel of Commerce; three brothers: Ronnie Nutt and Johnny Nutt of Throckmorton, and, Glen Nutt of Commerce; and, one sister, Sue Benthul of Quinlan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, R. S. Nutt and a brother, Larry Nutt.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 31, 2011, at the Commerce Church of Christ, 1900 Culver Street, at 2:00 p.m. Mr. Joel Shelton will officiate.

Interment will be in Throckmorton, Texas.
