Frances "Cluck" Claudette Caldwell

Frances Claudette "Cluck" Caldwell, 55, of Cumby, TX, passed away on July 3, 2012, in Dallas, TX.

"Cluck" was born on August 9, 1956, in Pampa, TX, to Billy and Frances Charlene Strickland. She married Russell Caldwell on July 1, 1979.

"Cluck" worked and retired as Cumby High School Secretary in 2009.

She is survived by her father; her husband, Russell Caldwell; her son, Rickey Vaughan and wife Tammy; her daughter, Kendra Hood and husband John; her grandchildren: Chase Vaughan, Erin Vaughan and Slade Hood; her sister, Charlotte Calhoun; and, many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother and her sister, B. Hazelwood.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, July 6, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Jones-Walker & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Duncan Graham and Rev. Howard Strickland officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, July 5, 2012, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Chase Vaughan, Billy Bratton, Bo Bratton, Casey Hazelwood, Johnny Petty, and Kenneth Bearden.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Kyle Pettit, Steven Smith, Dale Crumpton and Jimmy Evans.

Interment will be at Friendship Cemetery in Cumby, TX., followed by a gathering for friends and family at the Billboard House in Cumby.
