Jerry Lee Easley, 51, of Sherman passed away Thursday evening, September 30, 2021 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison.

Jerry was born in Dallas, Texas on December 10, 1969, the son of Roy E. Easley and Ruby Matlock Easley. He was a graduate of Paris High School. Jerry enjoyed listening to Contemporary Christian music, and anything that Reba McEntire recorded and was an avid wrestling fan. He was an individual that would do anything for anybody at anytime. He loved people and it showed through his willingness to help people. Jerry had a heart for all children and loved giving them presents and making them laugh. He has many half brothers and sisters, along with cousins, aunts and uncles that he loved.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his grandmother, Nellie McCoin, whom he loved deeply.

In the gospel of John we are told, " By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another (John 13:35); Jerry loved like Jesus!

A graveside service will be held for Jerry at 11:00 a.m. on Friday October 8, 2021 in Rosemound Cemetery, Commerce, Texas with Bro. Terry Bryan officiating.

Viewing will be prior to the service at Jones-Walker Funeral Home in Commerce from 10:00-10:45 a.m.
