JoAnn Hill

JoAnn Hill 66, of Cumby passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2019, in Greenville.

JoAnn was born April 12, 1953 in El Paso, Texas, the daughter of Betty Jane Lytle and Billy Joe Winstead. She was married to Jessie Hill who preceded her in death .

JoAnn was a member of the Cornerstone Baptist Church of Cumby and kept nursery for more than 20 years. Her life revolved around her grandchildren, she was their greatest fan and supporter at any of their sports events.

She is survived by her daughter, Betty McCarter and her son-in-law Samuel McCarter, her grandchildren; Jamye, Samuel & Bryson McCarter and Haydon & Joseph Winstead, and, her brother Benny Sim Winstead of Cumby.

Those that preceded her in death are her parents, her husband, her brother Billy John Winstead and her grandson, Harley Sim McCarter.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2019, at 2:00 P.M. at Caney Cemetery, 5164 CR 3107, Campbell, TX. with Bro. Jim Moore officiating.

Anthony Winstead, Benny Winstead, Jonothin Cooke, Nick Kellogg and Bryan Winstead will serve as pallbearers.
