Joy Fay (Winford) Howell

Joy Fay Howell, 83, of Greenville passed away early Friday morning August 20,2021. Joy was born on September 10, 1937 in Lindsay, Oklahoma to Pete Winford and Dorothy Hughes Winford. She worked many years as a church secretary and had served at First Baptist Church Commerce for a time. She met and married Ray Neal Howell.

Joy is survived by her son, Jay Scott Howell; her sister, Mary J. Spillers; her niece Lori Spillers Cope and husband Don and her nephew Robert Spillers and wife Sharon.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ray Neal Howell, both parents, her son Dean Allen Howell and brother- in-law Gordon Spillers.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021 in Grandfield, OK at 2:30 P.M.
