Karen Pigue

Karen Nelson Pigue, 72, of New Braunfels, Texas passed away at Methodist Hospital Northeast, San Antonio, on July 21, 2021. Karen was born the daughter of Earl Paul Nelson and Fanda Baker Nelson in Austin, Texas on December 17, 1948. She married Tim Pigue on October 2, 1982 in Houston, Texas and their current residence is in New Braunfels, Texas. She worked in the banking industry where she retired from Chase Bank. Karen enjoyed making jewelry and buying antiques at auctions in her retirement years.

She is survived by her husband, Tim, of New Braunfels, a son, Chris Jackson and grandchildren, Bella Jackson and Salem Jackson and a brother Paul Nelson of Pittsburg, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents Earl Paul and Fanda Nelson.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Pigue will be held at the Jones-Walker Funeral Chapel in Commerce on Saturday July 31, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. with Bro. Terry Bryan officiating. Interment will follow at Rosemound Cemetery.
