Kenneth Earl Wilson

Kenneth Earl Wilson, 68, of Wolfe City passed away on Thursday evening, May 30, 2019, at his home. He was born November 19, 1950, in Commerce, Texas, the son of John Henry Wilson and Coy Lee Dickey Wilson. He was employed as a laborer in the construction industry.

Kenneth is survived by his sisters: Barbara Coffman, Mereta McKay and spouse Carlos, Sally Millsap, and Linda Coffman. Survivors also include his sister-in-law Pearl Wilson, ex-wife Mary Ann Stoffels, stepsons: Joe and James Gilley and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers: James, Johnnie,and Carrol Wayne Wilson; and sisters: Mary Roland, Ina Ruth Hill, Betty Moreland, Shirley Morgan, and Melba McKnight Clayton.

Visitation for Mr. Wilson will be Sunday, June 2, 2019, from 3:00-4:00 p.m. at the Jones-Walker and Son Funeral Home Chapel. Service will follow and 4:00 p.m. with Brother Terry Bryan officiating.

Jeff Moreland, Bruce McKay, Dewayne Miller, Jeff McKay, Louis Putman, and Kevin Putman will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Miller and Joe Gilley.

Interment will be at the Emblem Cemetery in the Emblem Community of Hopkins County.
