Lorene D. Duvall

Lorene D. Duvall, 98, of Commerce passed away on April 16, 2010, at Hunt Regional Medical Hospital in Commerce.

Lorene was born on November 29, 1911, in Hail, TX to William V. and Sarah E. Hornsby Henry. On May 16, 1930 she married Thomas Arthur "Joe" Duvall.

She is survived by her two sons: Joe L. Duvall of Cooper and Arthur D. Duvall of Commerce; her sister, Verna O'Neal of Weatherford; her grandchildren: Terry Landers, Latreia Harzkee, Rowdy Duvall of Commerce, Laweitta Young of Louisiana, Chris Duvall of Celeste, Joe Dirk Duvall of Arizona, Mark Duvall of Cooper, Jimmy Carson of Greenville; 14 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents; three brothers: Troy Henry of Ft. Worth, Joey Craddock of Ft. Worth, and Lenny Henry of Honey Grove; and four sisters: Opal Roland of Houston, Irene Smith of Ft. Worth, Pearl Bullard of Ft. Worth, and Ella Crawford of Petty.

Visitation will be held at Jones-Walker & Son Funeral Home on Sunday, April 18, 2010, from 1:00 p.m. till 3:00 p.m.

Graveside services will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery, Wolfe City, Texas.

Pallbearers are her grandsons and great grandsons.

Honorary Pallbearers are Roy Lewis White and Harold Horn.
