Mamie Hafner

Mamie Hafner, 93, of Commerce passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2017, in Greenville.

Mamie was born in Selma, Alabama, on August 23, 1923, to Emma Holston and Alexander Hafner. She was a retired Professor at ETSU - now Texas A & M University, Commerce.

Survivors include her brother, Alexander Hafner Jr. of Huntsville, Alabama.

She was preceded in death by her two sisters: Emma Lu Donaldson and Mary Ethel Hafner..

As per the family wishes, she will be buried by her parents back home in Alabama.
