Nora Diane Bowser, 60, of Commerce, passed away in Dallas on Sunday, February 2, 2014.
Nora Diane was born in Hunt County, on October 26, 1953 to Thomas and Georgia Gholston, she graduated High School in Commerce TX. She later married John Bowser and raised a family in Dallas, while working as a streamstress at Dallas Cap Factory until she retired.
Left to treasure her memories are her mother, Georgia; her husband, John; her daughter, Contina Bowser-Lang; her daughter, Carla Webster (David); her grandchildren: Courtney Allen, Cauron Allen, Kolton Harold (Tempest), Cambry Allen- Poole( Terry), Braylan Grenz (Brittany), Chassity Allen (Norman); her great grandchildren: Landon Poole, Jayden Poole, Addison Poole, Jayda Allen, Nicholas Davis, Wylie "Reign" Grenz; her brother, Thomas Gholston; her brother, Robert Gholston; her special aunts: Glenda "Sue" Whitmore- Hodges and Lula Mae Gaitlin; her special uncles: Curtis Reynolds, Wayne Reynolds and James Reynolds; her very special friend, Versell Caldwell; and, a host of relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Gholston; her brother, Franklin Gholston; her granddaughter, Candice Allen; and, her son-in-law, Willie Lang Jr.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, February 8, 2014, at 1:00 P.M at Mount Moriah Baptist Church, in Commerce.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 7, 2014, from 2:00 P.M to 6:00 P.M, at Jones-Walker & Son Funeral Home, of Commerce.
Pallbearers will be Michael Brown, JaQualon Bradley, Dennis Morrison, Brandon Bell, Jonathan Hervey and Steven Brown.
Honorary pallbearers will be: Kolton Harold, Braylan Grenz, Courtney Allen, Cauron Allen, Landon Poole, Jayden Poole, Nicholas Davis and Wylie "Reign" Grenz.
