Rex Lee Lennon

Rex Lee Lennon, 69, of Miller Grove went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 10, 2024 surrounded by his family. Gathering of the family and visitation will take place on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, from 1:00 until 2:30 at County Line Baptist Church Fellowship Hall in Miller Grove. A graveside service will follow at Pippin and Hill Cemetery with Ronnie Buchanan officiating. 

He graduated from Miller Grove High School and attended East Texas State University earning a Teaching degree in Ag Sciences with special emphasis in Horticulture.

In 1974, Rex welcomed his son, Loyd Allen Lennon, with Debbie Shelton Roberts.

Rex is survived by his son Loyd Allen Lennon and wife Lori of Sulphur Springs; Granddaughter Mariah Burns and husband Colton of Miller Grove; 2 great-granddaughters, Evalynn Jean Burns and Adalynn Maree Burns. His brother, Johnny Lennon and wife Kathy of Miller Grove. He was loved by a host of cousins, nieces and nephews. 

Serving as Pallbearers will be Colton Burns, Chris Black, Chris Clement, Braden Lennon, Eli Black and Lucas Black

 In lieu of flowers the Family will be setting up a scholarship fund for the great grandchildren or asks that you donate to a local Ag scholarship fund.
