Sharon Young

Sharon Young, 72, of Ladonia passed peacefully on Thursday, October 25, 2018, with her loving husband, Lawrence A. Young, by her side.

Sharon was born on April 25, 1946 in Portland, Oregon to Shirley Golden Miller and James Robert Carmen Miller. Sharon graduated high school and obtained a Bachelor's Degree.

One of Sharon's greatest joys was doing genealogy research. She was very active with the Assemblies of God Church starting at the age of 4 years.

She is survived by her husband Lawrence, sons: Jaime Paul Young (Susan) of Virginia, Jonathan Ryan Reid Young of Waco; daughter Sarah Kathryn Boyd (Chris) of Mexia; grandchildren Destiny Arianna Celeste Boyd and Kurt Alexander Boyd; and sister Janice Miller of Lapine, Oregon.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be held Thursday, November 1, 2018 from 3:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M in the chapel of Jones-Walker & Son. Funeral Service will follow at 4:00 P.M.
