Thelma Foster

Thelma Foster, 87, of Cooper, passed away at her residence surrounded by family on Saturday, June 11, 2022. Thelma was born on June 9, 1935, to Bennie d. Booth and Alberta Clinton Booth. She met and married Richard Odell Foster on November 20, 1952. They had three beautiful daughters, Margie Dale Villarreal (Raymond Villarreal), Lisa June Moore, and Michelle Lea Belz.  She loved watching her grandkids and great grandkids grow up; making sure they minded and stayed in line (pointing that finger at them to do so!).  She is survived by one daughter, Michelle Belz, her brother Travis Booth, Grandsons: Shawn Villarreal, Christopher Villarreal, Anthony Villarreal (Casey), Joseph Villarreal (April Turner), Randy Hargrave, Cody Moore, Patrick Belz (Jessica), and Christopher Belz (Toshia); Granddaughter: Lashonda Taylor (Steven); Great Grandsons: Zachary Villarreal, Colby Early, Dustin Moore; Great Granddaughters: Kyliee Villarreal, Sierra Villarreal, Kelcie Hargrave, Brittney Hill, and Miranda Warner; Great Great Grandsons: Ryder Hill and Elijah Crutchfield; a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.  She is proceded in death by her Dad, Bennie, Mother Alberta, husband Odell, and two daughters: Margie and Lisa.  Thelma was loved by many and will be deeply missed.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at 2:00 P.M at Peerless Cemetery with Pastor Sonny Pennington officiating.  Patrick Belz, Joseph Villarreal, Anthony Villarreal, Shawn Villarreal, Steven Taylor and Gene Booth will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Cody Moore, Dustin Moore, Sierra Villarreal, Christopher Villarreal and Kyliee Villarreal.
