Vickie Jean Severance

Vickie Jean Severance, 61, of Commerce passed away peacefully at her residence in Commerce in the early hours of Tuesday, November 30, 2021. She was born on September 20, 1960 in Clinton, Oklahoma, the daughter of Willard Elbert Skaggs and Eula Faye Quisenbery. Vickie worked as a caregiver at Country Home Estates for many years. She is survived by her brothers: Jerry Skaggs of Sulphur Springs, Tx., Wade Skaggs, Terry Skaggs of Commerce, Tx. and her twin Ricky Skaggs of Burleson, Tx. Vickie was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers: Kenneth Skaggs and Eugene E. Ewton.
